Ireland's drugs problem has gone beyond the point of a crisis.
That's according to a leading drug service based in Dublin who will today launch the 'What's in the Powder?' campaign.
The campaign aims to urge students across Ireland to think about drug use, and in particular about drugs sold in powder form.
