Gardai in North Dublin are investigating a robbery at a cash-in-transit van earlier.
It happened just before 12 o'clock at Bayside Shopping Centre, when security staff were approached and threatened by two men.
One man was wearing a balaclava while the second had his face covered with a scarf and appeared to be carrying a gun.
The raiders made off with a cash box in an Opel Vectra car, which was was later found abandoned, and the raiders fled on foot.
No one was injured.
Gardai are appealing for any witnesses.
