Danish pair Christian Eriksen and Rasmus Hojlund will be out of action until at least the end of November.
Eriksen picked up a knee injury in the win over Luton in the Premier League on Saturday, while striker Hojlund has a muscle strain.
The duo could miss the remaining Champions League group stage games and four top flight matches.
