Kildare footballers began their All Ireland series away to Sligo yesterday.
Sligo added three late unanswered points, to claim a 14 points all draw
Next up for Kildare is their designated home game vs Dublin which will be played in Nowlan Park, Kilkenny on Saturday, June 3rd; time to be confirmed.
Kildare’s final group game will be vs Roscommon, managed by Confey’s Davy Burke

Kildare women footballers are into the Leinster Intermediate final.
Yesterday, they beat Louth in Hawkfield by 3-15 to 0-9
Roisín Byrne top-scored for the Lilies, scoring 9 points.
They will play Wexford in the final in Laois Hire O’Moore Park next Sunday
Wexford beat Westmeath in the other semi final by 2-7 to 1-7
They beat Wexford in the final Group game last weekend so Kildare are strong favourites for the title.
The 2023 TG4 Leinster Finals will be played as a triple header at Laois Hire O’Moore Park in Portlaoise next Sunday.
Carlow and Kilkenny will get the action underway in the Junior final at 12 noon, followed by the Intermediate final at 2pm between Kildare and Wexford.

At 4.15pm, holders Dublin and TG4 All-Ireland Senior champions Meath will clash in a repeat of last years final, won by Dublin.

The venue has been confirmed for Kildare’s All Ireland Platinum Ladies Football Under 14 semi final.
The game against Mayo will be played Padraig Pearse GAA club, County Roscommon, next Saturday at 3.30pm.
