Celbridge win the U23 A Hurling Championship

Celbridge are the U23 A Hurling champions, following a one point win over Maynooth last night.

The full time score was Celbridge 2-11 Maynooth 2-10.

The Tullamore player who pushed referee Barry Tiernan to the ground following a Leinster club football match is facing a 96 week suspension.

The player was a non playing member of the Offaly club's panel during the defeat to Summerhill.

A Tullamore official is also facing a 48 week ban.
