Kellie Harrington returns to Portland Row this afternoon

Olympic champion Kellie Harrington returns home today.

There will be no official homecoming for the gold medal winner, but she is set to travel to Portland Row in Dublin city in an open top bus.

Soccer

Romelu Lukaku is set to complete his move from Inter Milan to Chelsea today.

The Belgian striker is to rejoin the London club, this time for €115 million euro.

The 28 year old has scored 64 goals in 95 games for Inter Milan.

Republic of Ireland striker Michael Obafemi is set for a €7 million move to Blackburn Rovers from Southampton.

The 21 year old has found first team opportunities hard to come by at St Mary's.

On the pitch tonight, Rangers are 2-1 down to Malmo entering the second leg of their Champions League tie.

Tyrone are not fully certain if they can fulfill their All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-final against Kerry at Croke Park on Saturday week.

Chairman Mickey Kerr says they won't make a decision until this weekend, after a large number of the squad either contracted Covid-19 or were deemed close contacts.

The rearrangement of the fixture means the All Ireland senior football final has been moved to Saturday, 4th September, the same day that the Republic of Ireland play Azerbaijan in Dublin.

Meanwhile, Cork have another hurling team in an All Ireland final.

The Rebel minors defeated Waterford by 1-26 to 1-15 in Thurles last night.

They will face either Kilkenny or Galway in the decider.

Tennis

Britain's Andy Murray has been handed a spot at the US Open after Stan Wawrinka withdrew from the tournament in New York.

Murray didn't play at the Tokyo Olympics because of a thigh strain.
