planning permission under file Ref. 08/922, 13/1003 and
14/1051, with house Nos. 6 to 12 inclusive located on
pub/café site as granted under file Ref. 08/922 and
13/1003 and all associated site development works.
Revised by Significant Further Information which consists
of revised vehicular arrangement from R415 and
resultant revision to site layout and a revised site specific
flood risk assessment
