Obituary notices are broadcast Weekdays at 8am, 10am, 1pm and 6pm and at Weekends, Bank Holidays and during the Christmas period, at 10am, 1pm and 6pm

Obituary notices will only be accepted from Undertakers. All notices which appear in the "Obituaries & Death Notices" section must be authenticated by the newsroom, which can be contacted via 045-849109 or

The funeral arrangements are as follows:

James Carroll, Kilbeg, Kildangan.

Funeral arrangements later.

James Jim Carroll, Moyglare, Maynooth and late of Green Lane, Leixlip.
Reposing at Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster Street, Maynooth from 5pm today, Thursday, with Rosary at 8pm.
Removal on Friday at 10.30am to arrive at St Mary's Church, Maynooth for 11am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Kilcloon Cemetery.
