Cill Dara le Gaeilge
Wednesday 13th May at 18.00 Fighting Words will be hosting a writing workshop for adult learners of Irish. Free entrance.
On Wednesday mornings the new Parent and Children (Tuistí agus Lapadán) group for those wanting to use cúpla focal with their children takes place in Ballycane community centre from 10.00 to 11.30.
From Sunday May 17th for 4 weeks there will be fun GAA-based sessions for under-5s taking place in the hall in Naas GAA clubhouse. Sessions for 18 months to 3 years are from 9.30 – 10.15, and for 3 to 5 years from 10.20 to 11.15.

PopUpArt Newbridge
the voluntary community focused initiative which supports Kildare Connected Artists
are happy to announce that their Summer exhibition opens on Thursday 14th May and will run until the 28th June.
This exhibition will run in conjunction to the June Fest.
You can find them on the first floor in the Whitewater Shopping Centre and they will be open every weekend until 28th June , Friday to Sunday's 11am – 5.30pm

The exhibition will be running in Kildare Town Library throughout May to mark World MS day on May 30th.
The My Shadow - Living with MS exhibition is a collection of art pieces that represent the artists personal journey with Multiple Sclerosis. It's aim is to raise awareness of the disease and highlight some of the difficulties faced by people living with disability within our community.

The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation is holding the incognito secret art sale—in which the artist remains top secret until after the deal is done.
Taking place on Wednesday May 20th.
There are almost 2,000 original postcard artworks up for grabs at a cost of €75 each.
