Eight Irish Players Picked To Start Wednesday's Lions Game Against Brumbies

Lions head coach Andy Farrell has picked eight Irish players to start in Wednesday's warm-up match against the Brumbies in Canberra.

Joe McCarthy comes into the second-row to partner captain Maro Itoje.

Dan Sheehan and Tadhg Furlong have been selected in the front-row with Jack Conan at number-eight.

James Lowe is on the wing, Bundee Aki and Garry Ringrose have been paired in the centre and Jamsion Gibson-Park will play at scrum-half.
