Kfm Business News Briefing: Ebay Open To Cryptocurrency.

While almost a quarter of people use social media apps to shop online.

Ebay says it's open to accepting cryptocurrency as a form of payment in the future.

Paypal, which is already one way of purchasing items on the platform, last year allowed its customers to use its online wallets for cryptocurrency users.

New research from Visa found that one in three 18 to 35 year olds have "swiped up" on an ad on social media to make a purchase, with the trend also popular with over 55s.
