A woman in her 60s remains in a serious condition in hospital following a crash near the Kildare/Wicklow border on Sunday night.
The head-on collision happened on the N81 at Tinode outside Blessington at around 11.30pm.
The second driver, a man in his 20s, wasn't injured in the incident.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
Anyone with any information, including dash-cam footage is asked to contact their local garda station.
