43 people are in ICU with the virus.

Health officials have reported 438 new cases of covid-19 in the Republic.

There are currently 116 patients in hospital with the virus, of which 43 are receiving intensive care.

As of midnight, Saturday 22nd May, the @hpscireland has been notified of 438* confirmed cases of #COVID19.
