The businesses are located in Dublin, Meath and Roscommon.
Four businesses were shut down by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland last month.
Investigators in one location found blood from raw duck meat dripping onto ingredient bags, blood-soaked cloths left on food preparation surfaces, flies on raw duck meat, and floor, walls, shelves, equipment and staff uniforms contaminated with water and blood.
Elsewhere, they observed visible mould growth, an ongoing cockroach infestation in food prep areas, and no handwashing facilities where raw meat is handled.
The businesses are located in Dublin, Meath and Roscommon.
Details of the food businesses served with Enforcement Orders are published on the FSAI’s website at www.fsai.ie.
