In town of Espelkamp, 80kms west of Hanover
Two people have been killed in a shooting spree in the western German town of Espelkamp.
A man & woman were shot just before midday, in the town of Espelkamp, approximately 80 kilometres west of Hanover.
Local media are reporting the shooter is still on the run.
A Special Commando Unit has been deployed, with police insist there is no danger to the public.
Officers noted they had no immediate information regarding a motive.
