An inquiry into the Manchester Arena bombing says it's highly likely more lives could have been saved.

The inquiry found security failings and missed opportunities to prevent the attack, which happened in May 2017.

Members of the public had raised suspicions about Salman Abedi, before he detonated a device at the Ariana Grande concert.

Figen Murray's son, Martyn Hett, was among 22 people killed, he is grateful for the inquiry's findings:
