57 Pharmacies Across Kildare Now Offering Free Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Women can now access treatment for the symptoms of menopause free of charge

Today marks the first full day of the long-awaited free HRT scheme.

Women can now access treatment for the symptoms of menopause free of charge, with a prescription and either a medical card or a Drugs Payment Scheme Card.

However, the full list of products available has yet to be finalised by the Department of Health.

57 pharmacies in Kildare are offering the treatment for free and those pharmacies are as follows:
