Donna Phelan will replace Deputy Naoise O'Cearuil as a Fianna Fail councillor on the Clane-Maynooth Municipal District.

Former Sinn Fein Councillor Noel Connolly is to replace Deputy Shonagh Ni Raghallaigh on the Kildare-Newbridge Municipal District.

Paula Mulroe, a resident of Prosperous, will replace Deputy Aidan Farrelly for the Social Democrats on the Clane-Maynooth Municipal District.
It's understood Ms. Mulroe has been an active member in the local party branch for a number of years.
And, Paul Brooks is to take Fine Gael Deputy Joe Neville’s seat on the Celbridge-Leixlip Municipal District.
