In the area of social sciences, students from Coláiste Lorcáin have collaborated on a group project, "Educate to Decelerate," which explores ways to encourage behavioural changes for a more sustainable future.

At Coláiste Naomh Mhuire, a group of students is investigating the effectiveness of benzoyl peroxide in combating Cutibacterium acnes, the bacteria responsible for acne, through their project, "Spot-ting Solutions."
Students at Gaelcholáiste Mhaigh Nuad are exploring a number of diverse scientific and technological challenges.
At Newbridge College, the impact of social media on teenagers and young adults takes center stage in "A Study of How Social Media Affects the Daily Lives of Teenagers and Young Adults in Our Society Today." This junior-level group project reflects the pressing issues of mental health and societal dynamics in the digital age. Another group from the school investigates educational inequities in "The Grade Inflation Bubble," which critiques the Leaving Certificate system's potential to perpetuate inequality.
Students at St. Paul’s Secondary School are contributing to health innovation with "Air Purifier," a senior-level group project aimed at improving air quality and promoting well-being.
