The closure is proposed to take place between Jun 28th and August 9th.
KCC says "Advance notification of start date will be provided. Roads will be opened early if works are completed early. Closures will be managed to minimise disruption to school opening or exam schedules."

Alternative Routes:
Westbound vehicles travelling on the M7 towards Naas who are looking to access Monread Fare/Globe Retail Park will keep on the M7 and will take the left hand slip lane at Junction 9A. They will divert left at the roundabout and continue along Naas Ring Road (circa 0.5km) until they come to the R407/Monread Road Roundabout where they will continue onto Monread Road and enter the Monread Fare/Globe Retail Park from this direction. Eastbound vehicles travelling on the M7 towards Naas looking to access Globe Retail Park/Monread Fare will be diverted off at Junction 9A where they will take the left hand slip lane and continue to the roundabout linking the Naas Ring Road (circa 0.4km). At the Naas Ring Road Roundabout, divert left and continue along the Naas Ring Road/Monread Road to the Globe Retail Park (circa 3.0km). |
