KIldare Gardai have seized a vehicle following a speed detection.
Naas Roads Policing Unit detected the vehicle being driven at 139km/h in a 100kmh zone.
Gardai say the motorist was an unaccompanied learner permit holder with no L-Plates displayed.
The vehicle was seized and fines and penalty points issued.
