The INMO's asking the Health Minister what compensation there will be for nurses 'marathon' work during the pandemic.
Stephen Donnelly will be addressing members of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation at its conference this morning.
It's also invited four nurses to speak about the long-term symptoms they've had from covid.
General Secretary of the INMO, Naas woman,Phil Ni Sheaghdha says the extra duties of nurses during the Covid crisis needs to be recognised:
