The owner Ger Roche spoke on Monday morning's Kildare Today.
A planning application to demolish part of a building so as to open to reopen the Naas Shopping Centre has been rejected.
It has prompted outrage from the NSC owner,Ger Roche.
The application also sought a new internal layout for the Forge Inn pub over four floors as well as a glazed three storey extension
It also included a landscape plaza and a seating terrace for the Forge Inn.
CEO of the Roche Group Ger Roche has called on Kildare County council to sit down with him and his team.
Speaking on Kildare Today, Mr Roche said it's essential that the centre has access from the main street in Naas.
