The son of a Slokavian man who died after being brutally attacked in his Newbridge home in March last year said he and his sister would carry the trauma forever.

Polish man Damian Szatkowski, a 38-year-old with 61 prior convictions, pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Emergency services found Mr Kusenda alive but unresponsive.
He was brought to Naas General Hospital.
Det Gda Regan, according to the Sunday World, confirmed that he had a a large blood clot on the brain.
His condition worsened and he died on March 10.
The case has been adjourned to February 17 for sentencing.
