Maura Travers, (née Maguire), Johninstown, Maynooth, and formerly of Baronrath, Straffan, March 8th 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the care of the staff of Craddock House Nursing Home, Naas.
Predeceased by her daughter Geraldine, her brothers Paddy and Tom, sisters Ita (Purcell) and Aine (Perryment), sisters-in-law Anne (Callan), Patricia (Maguire), Moira (Maguire), brothers-in-law Martin (Purcell), Ken (Perryment), Fr Joe, William and Edward Travers.
Deeply regretted by her husband of 67 years Paddy, sons Joe, Tom and Pádraig, daughters Anne (Lernihan) and Bernadette (Marron), sons-in-law John and Paul, daughters-in-law Geraldine, Anne and Lucy, her cherished 18 grandchildren, her sister Maeve (Kelly), sister-in-law Mary (O'Connell), brother-in-law Gerry Kelly, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth (W23V99E) on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm, with prayers at 7pm.
Removal from her son Pádraig's residence on Wednesday at approx. 10.30am to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Maynooth (W23N663) for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Mainham Cemetery, Clane.
