Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp's described Alisson's injury time winner as "the perfect moment".

The Brazilian goalkeeper headed in from a corner to help his team to a 2-1 win at West Brom in the Premier League.

It moved them to within a point of the top four.

Alisson paid an emotional tribute to his late father who drowned in February after the game.
