Bori Akinola Through To The World Athletic Indoor Championships Semi-Finals

The Dubliner ran the Men's 60-metre heat in 6.59.

Bori Akinola has booked his place in the semi-finals of the World Athletic Indoor Championships in Poland later this evening.

The Dubliner ran the Men's 60-metre heat in 6.59 to qualify in third position this morning.

Later this morning Maeve O'Neill and Emma Moore both go in the Women's 800-metre heats before 12,noon.

Mark English will go in the Men's 800-metre heats at 12:25pm.

In the evening session, James Gormley goes in the 1500-metre heat before 6pm.
