Victory for Chelsea over Real Madrid last night ensured that Thomas Tuchel's side advanced to the final of the Champions League.
Goals by Timo Werner and Mason Mount handed them a 2-0 win over Madrid on the night at Stamford Bridge and a 3-1 victory on aggregate.
Since his arrival at the club in January, manager Thomas Tuchel has overseen 18 clean sheets in 24 games.
Chelsea have won the Champions League once in the club's history when they beat Bayern Munich in 2012.
It will be an all-English final as the Blues will face Manchester City in the decider as Pep Guardiola's side overcame the challenge of PSG on Tuesday night.
The game will be played in Istanbul, Turkey on the 29th of May.
