Christian Eriksen Joins Danish Squad Ahead Of Friendlies

Has not played for his country since suffering cardiac arrest last June

Brentford midfielder Christian Eriksen has taken an emotional step towards an international comeback, after meeting up with his Danish teammates.

The 30 year-old has not played for his country since suffering a cardiac arrest, during a Euro 2020 game against Finland, in June 2021.

Eriksen has rejoined the squad prior to Denmark's upcoming friendlies against the Netherlands and Serbia.

He says he's feeling good:
