Next up for the Lillies is a home game to Monaghan.

The Kildare senior footballers suffered their third defeat in Division 1 of the Allianz National Football League on Saturday night, losing 1-12 to 0-10 points against Armagh at the Athletic Grounds.

The Lillies were well in the game at half time, trailing by a single point, but their opponents kicked on in the second period, and Kildare only managed to register a further 4 points.

Kfm Sports Commentator Ger McNally spoke to Clem Ryan on the Kildare Today show.

Next up is a home game against Monaghan next Sunday, as part of a double header with the hurlers who play Westmeath.
