All Ireland champions Tyrone will be looking book their place in the next round of the qualifiers today.

They take on Armagh in round one with throw in at the Athletic Grounds at 1:30pm.

Mayo are into the second round draw for the All Ireland Qualifiers after a controversial win over Monaghan.

Cork and Clare will join James Horan's men in the draw following wins over Louth and Meath respectively.

Kildare are on the opposite side of the draw which will take place tomorrow morning at 8.30.

There are three games down for decision in the Tailteann Cup quarter finals this afternoon.

First up, Carlow play host to Westmeath at 2pm in Netwatch Cullen Park.

An hour later Leitrim play Sligo in Carrick On Shannon whille at 4pm, it's Fermanagh against Cavan.

They're aiming to join Offaly in the last 4.

The Faithful County strolled past New York in their quarter final in Tullamore.

Limerick are seeking their 4th Munster hurling crown in a row this afternoon.

Standing in their way are neighbours Clare who are contesting the provincial final for the first time since 2018.

Throw in at Semple Stadium is at 4pm.

The Kildare Senior ladies play Roscommon in Kiltoom in round two of the All Ireland intermediate championship this afternoon.

The game throws in at 2pm and Kfm will have live updates with Tara Byrne.

Yesterday, the Kildare camogie side were beaten by Derry in Manguard Plus Hawkfield.

The full time score was 1-14 to 1-8.

SOCCER
Wales are aiming to qualify for the World Cup for the first time in more than six decades.

They play Ukraine this evening in the playoff final.

Kick off in Cardiff is at 5pm.
