He netted his 35th of the campaign in a 3-0 win for Manchester City over West Ham at the Etihad Stadium last night.

The Norwegian received a guard of honour from his team mates after the match.

The victory sends City a point clear at the top of the table with a game in hand over Arsenal.

Liverpool earned their fifth Premier League win in a row by beating Fulham 1-0 at Anfield.

Mo Salah scored the winner from the penalty spot, the 8th game in a row in which he has scored at home.
