in aid of St Mary's Church Blessington and St Johns Ballymore Eustace

Saturday 5th September

in St Kevins Hall Blessington from 12 to 4.

Lots on offer Bric a Brac, Cakes and Treats, BBQ, Plants, Pre Loved Clothes, Bottle Stall and Raffle. 
Novelty Dog show at 1pm with classes to include Waggest Tail, Junior Handler, Fancy Dress

Entry on the day is €5 per adult and kids are free.

Become a Newbridge SVP Meals on Wheels Volunteer Driver

Could You Spare a Little Time to Make a Big Difference?

Every weekday, Newbridge SVP Meals on Wheels Service delivers 55–60 hot meals
to older members of the community. For many recipients, this visit provides
not only a nutritious meal but also a friendly face, reassurance
and an important connection with the outside world.

To help continue this vital community service, Newbridge SVP is seeking
volunteer drivers.

ContacShare Food, the Newbridge Parish food bank, is appealing for donations of food.

Share Food has been operating in Newbridge for 13 years
and distributes 120 food parcels each week to people in need.

The group welcomes all kinds of tinned and packaged food as well as toiletries.
Donations can be given at collection points in Newbridge at Dunnes Stores, Tesco and SuperValu,
as well as at St. Conleth’s, Cill Mhuire and  Dominican churches.
