64 People Have Been Killed In Fire In Covid Ward In Iraq.

The hospital in Nasiriya opened just three months ago.

64 people have been killed and more than 100 injured on a Covid ward in Iraq, after a fire swept through the building.

Some officials blamed the blaze on an electrical short circuit - while other claimed an oxygen cylinder exploded.

It's the second time a fire's killed covid patients in Iraq this year.
