A state of emergency's been declared in New York City as another Hurricane bears down.

At least eight people have died after Hurricane Grace hit Mexico for a second time in a matter of days.

The storm - which knocked out power earlier in the week - swept onto the country's Gulf coast, flooding small towns and causing mudslides.
