Amazon is offering to pay college fees for more than 750,000 employees in the United States.
The online retailer is scrambling to fill vacancies following severe staff shortages.
The company plans to spend over €1 billion on the initiative over the next four years.
Companies including Walmart and Target have already offered similar incentives, in a drive to retain & recruit staff.
The scheme will launch in January 2022.
Employees will be eligible 90 days after being employment with the firm.
