Excavation To Begin At Gloucester Cafe In Connection With Suspected Fred West Victim

Mary Bastholm (15) disappeared in 1968

British Police are beginning to excavate the cellar of a cafe in England, after finding "possible evidence", suggesting the body of one of Fred West's suspected victims could be buried at the site.

Police have been assessing the building in Gloucester, in connection with Mary Bastholm, whose disappearance in 1968 has been linked to the serial killer.

Miss. Bastholm was 15 years old at the time of her disappearance.

Experts found 'structural anomalies' and blue material under the floor, the same colour as the coat Miss Bastholm was wearing on the day of her disappearance.
