Wayne Couzens jailed in September
The former police officer who murdered Sarah Everard is to appeal against his whole-life sentence.
Wayne Couzens, who falsely arrested, raped and kidnapped the 33-year-old marketing executive, was jailed last month.
The 48-year-old used his warrant card and handcuffs to kidnap her in south London, in March.
Head of the Metropolitan Police Force, Cressida Dick, has ordered a review of the UK Police force.
She says this will take at least 6 months.
