Virginia Giuffre has alleged she had a sexual relationship with the Prince when she was 17
Legal action has been taken against Britain's Prince Andrew, by one of Jeffrey Epstein's long time accusers, Virginia Giuffre.
The lawsuit, filed in the US, accuses the Duke of York, of sexually abusing Ms. Giuffre nearly two decades ago.
The second son of Britain's longest reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, has always denied Ms. Giuffre's allegations.
Lawyers for the 38 year old, Giuffre, are seeking unspecified damages at Manhattan Federal Court.

In 2019, the 61 year old Prince gave an interview to BBC's 'Newsnight' saying he had "no recollection" of ever meeting Ms. Giuffre, adding "I can categorically tell you it did not happen" when asked if he ever had a sexual relationship with the American.

Representatives of the Duke of York say they have no comment on the latest developments.
