The Primer Minister of New Zealand says the majority of the country will move out of lockdown tomorrow.
The highest levels of restrictions, Level 4, were introduced 3 weeks ago following an outbreak of the Delta variant of Covid-19.
A male tested positive for the virus variant in mid August, in Auckland.
However regions outside of the capital Auckland will now move to alert Level 2 from midnight, after a slowdown in daily case numbers.
