28 year-old teacher's body was found in a park in London
A 36 year-old man is due back in court in London today, charged with the murder of Sabina Nessa.
The 28 year-old's body was found close to her home, earlier this month.
A post-mortem exam is yet to determine the exact cause of death.
It's alleged Koci Selamaj attacked the primary school teacher, as she walked through a park in Kidbrooke, London on 17th September.
Selamaj, who is originally from Albania, now living in Eastbourne, was remanded in custody on Tuesday.
His lawyer has indicated he will plead not guilty.
