Approximately 200 members deployed
Members of the British armed forces have begun to collect fuel after being drafted in to ease shortages across the UK.
Around 200 military personnel are being deployed, after being on standby since the start of last week.
Industry experts predict supplies at petrol stations should return to normal within the next 7 days.
