Smith was asked to leave the awards on Sunday, but refused
Organisers of the Oscars have begun disciplinary proceedings against Will Smith, after revealing they asked him to leave Sunday's ceremony but he refused.
It's after Smith slapped comedian Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife, Jada.
Rock was back on tour last night, and said he's "still processing" it all.
The actor won his first Academy Award on Sunday night for 'Best Actor' in 'King Richard'.
During his acceptance speech he apologised to the Academy & his fellow nominees - but not to Rock.

In an Instagram post on Monday afternoon, the 53 year-old publicly apologised to Rock, calling his behaviour "unacceptable & inexcusable".
Actor Jim Carrey says the slap was "wrong", & Smith cracked "under the pressure":
Fans in Boston were keen to hear if he'd mention it, during his first standup performance since Sunday:
