The regulation applies from October 11th.
Wales is going ahead with vaccine passports next month, for people visiting nightclubs.
They'll also be needed for all events with more than 10-thousand people, and certain indoor and outdoor venues - depending on numbers - where people are not seated.
The new rules apply to over-eighteens from October the 11th.
