Underwent intestine surgery on Sunday
The Pope will give his usual noon blessing on Sunday from a hospital in Rome, where he's recovering following intestinal surgery.
Pope Francis is believed to be doing well and walking, but is not fit enough to return to the Vatican just yet.
The 84-year-old had half his colon removed during a 3 hour operation on Sunday evening.
He was treated for a narrowing in the large intestine, which was a planned procedure.
The surgery marked the first time the Pontiff was in hospital, since his election in 2013.
He has since thanked those who wished him well in his recovery, on Twitter.
I am touched by the many caring messages received in these days. I thank everyone for their closeness and prayer.
