Benefits to most in that age group "probably small"
In the UK, it's been recommended healthy children aged between 12 and 15, should not be vaccinated against Covid-19.
The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, advising UK governments, believes the benefits of immunisation to most in that age group are "probably small".
The body has advised the British government to look at "wider issues" including the impact of the virus on schooling.
The committee do suggest youngsters with underlying health conditions should still be offered the jabs.
