The United States has admitted it killed 10 members of the same family - including seven children - in a drone strike just before the pull out of Afghanistan.
Despite initially defending a drone strike in Afghanistan last month, US forces have now admitted it was a mistake.
The Pentagon says as many as 10 civilians, including up to seven children, died in Kabul.
It doesn’t think any militants from Islamic State were killed.
A senior general has offered his 'profound condolences' for the attack
