Virginia Giuffre has accused him of sexual assault
A US court has ruled that Britain's Prince Andrew can't avoid receiving legal papers from the woman accusing him of sexual assault.
Virginia Giuffre was told by a judge that her plan to deliver her lawsuit to the Royal's team was "reasonably calculated".
It means she can try alternative means of serving her legal papers so the Royal can address her claims - which he's always denied.
