The Vice-President of the European Commission, Frans Timmermans, says the EU & UK will need to make compromises when it comes to trading arrangements for Northern Ireland.
The post-Brexit deal sees the North remain in the European Union single market for goods, and continues to apply customs rules from Brussels.
