Talks continuing among EU leaders
The President of the European Commission says she is confident Russia's invasion of Ukraine will fail.
Talks are continuing among EU leaders today in Brussels with US President Joe Biden also in attendance.
The two parties have announced plans to reduce Europe's reliance on Russian gas and increase data flows between the EU and US.
America will provide 15 billion cubic metres of natural gas to European countries this year, as part of new "concrete measures" agreed between the two parties.
